Mindy Quesenberry The founder of Radiant Soul and the heart behind our Sisterhood Retreats, Mindy weaves somatics, soulful movement, and deep inner remembering into every experience she leads. Her work invites women back into their bodies, back into truth, and back into the radiance that lives within. Mindy holds the container with grounded presence, spiritual wisdom, and a gift for creating transformative, heart-centered spaces.

Katie Rose Molina Browning
Katie Rose brings a nurturing blend of intuition, bodywork, and plant energy medicine to the sisterhood. Her approach is gentle yet powerful, helping you soften into your own inner knowing while releasing what no longer serves. With a healer’s touch and a wise-woman spirit, Katie Rose guides women into deeper connection with their emotional and element energetic worlds.

Elsa Julien
Elsa is a gifted sacred touch with a deeply attuned presence. Through embodiment, breath, and intuitive healing, she helps women reconnect with their innate wholeness. Her work is grounding, compassionate, and soul-restoring…bringing a layer of tenderness, clarity, and energetic harmony to the retreat experience.

Mt. Shasta holds a very special place in my heart. My family relocated from Colorado to the Shasta area in the early 1980s, and I grew up playing in the the forests, refreshing in the waters, and learning the ancient wisdom held in the many dynamic peoples of this place. My experiences in Mt. Shasta profoundly shaped my early spiritual awakening.

This land—revered by the Winnemem Wintu and other Indigenous tribes as the birthplace of life itself—is known as the Root Chakra of the Earth. It is also the connection to our Crown- where Heaven and Earth meet in divine harmony.

From the legends of Lemuria to the living traditions of those who have long honored this mountain, Mt. Shasta calls us to remember our deeper connection to the Earth, to ourselves to one another, and to the interdimensional Universe we exist within.

I am beyond thrilled to share time in this sacred place with you—in collaboration with Mindy and Elsa - to gather in circle, breathe with the land, and share the gift of living, as radiant souls, as soul sisters, together!
